Initial Evaluation

This is for you if you are confident that our services are right for you and don’t need to speak with someone in advance. This is a great way to reach out and communicate your ideal day(s) of the week that you would like to be scheduled.

In this treatment the therapist can evaluate extensively what is going on and explain how we can help. Our therapists then will develop a plan of care and get you started on that treatment that will get you back to the things you love.

No referral is needed when you show up for your Initial Evaluation. Our staff can handle authorizations from your primary care physician and/or your insurance carrier.

Free 15-Minute Consult in Clinic

In this FREE consult with one of our therapists in our Manalapan, NJ clinic, we will listen to your concerns and troubles and talk about your goals. You can enjoy a FREE cup of coffee and share your fears and frustrations.

Our therapist will then ask you to complete one or more assessments to get a gauge of your current status with respect to your condition.

We will talk with you about how we can get you back to doing the things you love. We’ll give you some tips for how you can help yourself at home, along with some FREE resistance bands that can help with stretching and strength.

This consult with our BEST physical therapists is a great prelude to an Initial Evaluation and will preview the one-on-one care you would receive as a patient, but it comes with no obligation to commit to another visit.

In this FREE phone consult (audio only or telehealth — your choice!), one of our therapists will listen to your concerns about what you’re having trouble with now and what your goals are.

We will talk with you about how we can get you back to doing the things you love, and give you some tips for how you can help yourself at home.

This phone consult with our BEST physical therapists will get you some actionable information that you can start at home with now.
